Every David Emerson Thomas artwork is treated as a collectible piece of fine art.
Whether you purchase an original painting or a limited-edition print, every order is carefully prepared, professionally packaged and inspected before dispatch.
Our goal is simple: to ensure your artwork reaches you safely and in beautiful condition.
Australian Orders
We proudly ship Australia-wide.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production and dispatch of unframed limited-edition prints.
Canvas prints supplied within Australia are professionally hand-stretched over a custom-made 3.5 cm-deep timber stretcher frame before dispatch.
Paper prints are supplied unframed unless professional framing has been arranged before ordering.
Framed artworks require additional production time. Please allow up to 15 business days before dispatch.
Original paintings are individually prepared for dispatch. Dispatch times may vary depending on the size of the artwork and its destination.
International Collectors
We welcome enquiries from collectors outside Australia.
As shipping costs, delivery times, customs requirements and insurance vary between countries, we kindly ask international customers to contact us before placing an order.
We'll be happy to provide a personalised shipping quotation and estimated delivery timeframe.
An unstretched canvas may be available for international delivery by prior arrangement. This can reduce the size and cost of shipping, but the canvas will require professional stretching after delivery.
Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping.
Once your artwork has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Packaging
Every artwork is professionally packaged using materials selected to help protect it during transit.
Original paintings and limited-edition prints are packed with great care to minimise the risk of damage while being transported.
Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier.
While we always aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes above, occasional courier delays may occur that are outside our control.
Framed Orders
Framed artworks are custom prepared and require additional production time before dispatch.
